These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ViH HRMS, our Human Resource Management System available at https://hrms.vihresearchlabs.ai (the "Service"), operated by ViH Research Labs ("ViH", "we", "us", "our"). By signing in to or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Payslips, reports and records generated by the Service are subject to correction in case of clerical or system error.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViH Research Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as an employee under applicable labour law or the terms of your employment or engagement agreement.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the current version. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution provisions in your employment or engagement agreement, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of ViH Research Labs shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
